About the role

  • Conseiller Commercial Véhicules d'Occasions au sein du Groupe Maurin, leader dans la distribution automobile. Développement de portefeuille clients et négociation de ventes de véhicules d'occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain a client portfolio through personalized follow-up.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential clients.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, from needs assessment to closing the sale.
  • Ensure used vehicles are presented attractively on the sales floor and online.
  • Negotiate sales terms with customers to achieve commercial targets.
  • Participate in vehicle inventory management and optimize the showroom and sales space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any disputes.
  • Analyze market trends and propose strategies to improve sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales advisor (proven).
  • Excellent prospecting skills and a track record of developing new clients.
  • Strong customer relationship skills to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies tailored to the used car market.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-motivated and organized in managing daily tasks.
  • Enthusiastic about the automotive sector and committed to staying informed of market trends.
