About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent reception and service
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant, and customer-focused environment
  • Ensure that customer-facing documentation is sufficiently stocked and corresponds to the products offered
  • Prepare price sheets in accordance with current legislation and ensure final vehicle delivery complies with standards
  • Develop your customer base through prospecting activities
  • Manage and follow up customer relationships
  • Provide information and welcome customers
  • Meet commercial objectives while adhering to the company charter
  • Oversee delivery file administration
  • Sell add-on products (accessories, financing, extended warranties, etc.)
  • Participate in selected business events
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily activities

Requirements

  • Automotive experience required
  • Strong commercial background with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop and refine a commercial approach
  • Commit to and maintain quality in daily activities
  • Listen to and take into account customer requests and needs
  • Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Good organizational skills
