About the role

  • Conseiller Commercial automobile at Team Colin responsible for achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in a supportive environment. Engaging with clients and managing documentation and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by providing an excellent level of customer care
  • Actively contribute to making the sales department a welcoming, pleasant environment that listens to customers
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation is stocked in sufficient quantities
  • Ensure price sheets are issued in accordance with current legislation
  • Oversee delivery file management
  • Sell additional products (accessories, financing, extended warranties...)
  • Participate in select business events
  • Support the Sales Manager in daily activities

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive industry required
  • Proven commercial/sales experience with strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to develop and expand your sales approach
  • Integrate and maintain quality in daily work
  • Consider and respond to customers' requests and needs
  • Comfortable with computers (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills
