As an established, trusted nonprofit health organization, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of every person we serve, regardless of income, insurance status, or background.

Our patient-centered approach emphasizes prevention, education, and long-term wellness to provide access to care and reduce financial barriers to the underserved.

We are proud to be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 10 dental centers, two primary care clinics, and three alcohol & drug recovery clinics, and continue to expand services to meet the evolving needs of our populations.
