Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on strategic partner to the Country Manager Italy
Support multiple operational, marketing, and customer-related workstreams
Map and document existing processes
Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
Align process updates with central operations
Analyze funnel metrics
Review and refine email marketing campaigns
Test new concepts and improve messaging tailored to local market requirements
Analyze customer behaviors and KPIs related to customer support, pre-collection, and card usage
Analyze credit card pre-collection data and customer inquiries to improve segmentation, tone of voice, and channel optimization
Reduce customer friction and improve support processes
Support product launch planning
Monitor launch execution
Track early performance and optimize initiatives
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics roles
Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data
Hands-on execution mindset
Strong communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
Interest in the financial industry
Nice-to-Have: Banking or fintech experience
Hands-on experience with SQL / analytics tools
Additional languages such as Italian and/or German
