Telemedicine & Digital Partnerships Manager responsible for developing and integrating digital health partnerships. Collaborating with IT and operations to enhance telemedicine and digital health services in Germany.
Responsibilities
You manage and further develop existing telemedicine and digital partners — e.g., health apps connected to pharmacy fulfillment
You identify new growth opportunities and establish long-term collaborations with telemedicine platforms and digital health providers
You acquire new partners and build a sustainable partner pipeline
You negotiate cooperation models and contractual terms
You oversee the onboarding of new partners and coordinate technical integration (e.g., API/integration connections)
You coordinate projects between IT, Operations and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration
You analyze partner performance as well as activation and conversion rates and derive optimization measures
You define and monitor relevant partner KPIs and actively contribute to increasing volume and efficiency
You support the growth of prescription volume through telemedicine and digital partners and the sustainable development of the partner network
You ensure fast and efficient integration of new partners
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Digital Health or a comparable field
Experience in Business Development, Partner Management or in building digital partnerships
Ideally, knowledge of the digital health, telemedicine or e‑health environment
Understanding of digital platform models as well as interfaces and integrations
Structured, analytical and independent working style — with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative and a strong drive to advance projects
Confident and persuasive in negotiations and in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
