Responsibilities
Maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with customers
Ensuring the team works in a consistent, structured, and data-driven manner
Developing a clear account strategy, translating it into concrete goals
Managing outcomes such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth with existing customers, and optimal collaboration
Providing leadership to a diverse team of account managers and actively working on professionalising the account management process
Coaching the team to enhance relationship management and customer-focused skills
Creating alignment between commercial strategy and daily execution
Identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase commercial value through clear KPIs, strong pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
Proven experience in a commercial environment, preferably within transport and logistics, with a track record of sales results
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop, motivate, and coach a team to higher performance
Affinity for data-driven work, including the use of CRM systems and Power BI, with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
