Responsibilities
You will support cross-departmental projects in the Service and After-Sales area for the Europe region
You will create and maintain central analyses, reports and presentations
You will review and document internal processes
You will maintain and further develop knowledge databases and service documents as part of digitization efforts
You will assist with the preparation of workshops, meetings and training sessions
You will contribute to the optimization of service processes
You will support internal projects in the customer service area
You will take on smaller independent projects
Requirements
You are enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable degree program
You are proficient in using Google Forms
You have very good German and English skills
Ideally, you already have initial experience with SAP R/3 and SAP Business Warehouse
You have a quick grasp, are motivated to perform and enjoy working in a team
You demonstrate an independent and careful working style, flexibility and enthusiasm for your work
