Responsibilities
Active sales of automation components and system solutions to our existing customers in plant and mechanical engineering
Sales of our in-house software solutions
Support of the sales process from lead generation through proposal preparation to contract conclusion
Development of automation solutions based on customer requirements in collaboration with our product management and project engineering teams
Identification of new customers and expansion/development of customer relationships domestically and internationally
Independent conduct of market and competitor analyses
Requirements
Completed technical or business degree, or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience
Know-how in project management or sales and ideally initial experience in plant engineering
Strong technical aptitude and enjoyment in working with people
Tactful communication with external and internal customers
Ability to self-organize and work independently
Very good English skills and ideally additional foreign language skills
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel worldwide (typically 25%)
