About the role

  • Sales Executive focused on B2B account management and business development. Promoting integrated solutions and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure retention, loyalty and growth of key accounts within the portfolio.
  • Actively prospect new clients within the assigned geographic area.
  • Implement Vibra's full value proposition in a structured manner, promoting integrated solutions.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver sustainable business value.
  • Contribute to achieving commercial targets, profitability and market share.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (category B).
  • Preferable experience in new business prospecting (hunter profile).
  • Experience selling fuels, lubricants, chemicals and energy is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, initiative and optimism.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
