About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive tasked with customer management and strategic sales initiatives in Piauí for Vibra Energia. Driving business growth through effective strategy implementation and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the commercial strategy by negotiating commercial agreements based on market analyses with the objective of achieving results and targets, maximizing the profitability of the sales area.
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitors’ actions to provide the company with information and enable the application of the most appropriate strategy to secure its positioning.
  • Identify customer profiles, enabling effective implementation of the company’s B2B strategy through differentiated product and service offerings.
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients, in coordination with the Product area.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles (B2B experience desirable).
  • Driver’s license (Category B).
  • Experience prospecting new business.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and results-focused.
