Responsibilities

  • Handling various customer-specific inquiries; corresponding with customers and partners
  • Coordination and processing of all legal cases; ongoing monitoring of case status
  • Coordination of the monthly dunning process
  • Administrative daily tasks and database maintenance
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Preparation of various reports; conducting online research
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal departments on contract matters
  • Collaborating on various projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business administration or commercial training
  • Professional experience in administrative roles; ideally experience in a company’s legal department
  • Interest in compliance, anti-money laundering, and data protection topics
  • Service- and customer-oriented mindset
  • Precise and structured way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to learn
  • Team player with commitment
  • Good MS Office skills
