Responsibilities
Responding to questions about the verification status of their plans and reports
Helping to solve repetitive technical issues
Making sure they receive clear and timely communication
Assisting customers by providing accurate updates on the progress of their plans and reports verification
Investigating and troubleshooting basic system-related issues
Replying to general queries related to CO₂ emissions
Working closely with internal teams to understand our processes, systems, and regulations.
Requirements
Is currently studying for or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, nautical studies, environmental technologies, or data analytics
Has strong English skills (written and spoken)
Is eager to learn technical troubleshooting and system investigation
Pays attention to detail and enjoys finding practical solutions
Can work full-time, Monday to Friday, for around 6 months.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of Greenhouse Gases and MARPOL Annex VI.
