About the role

  • Responding to questions about the verification status of their plans and reports
  • Helping to solve repetitive technical issues
  • Making sure they receive clear and timely communication
  • Assisting customers by providing accurate updates on the progress of their plans and reports verification
  • Investigating and troubleshooting basic system-related issues
  • Replying to general queries related to CO₂ emissions
  • Working closely with internal teams to understand our processes, systems, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Is currently studying for or has recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, nautical studies, environmental technologies, or data analytics
  • Has strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Is eager to learn technical troubleshooting and system investigation
  • Pays attention to detail and enjoys finding practical solutions
  • Can work full-time, Monday to Friday, for around 6 months.
  • Nice to have:
  • Basic knowledge of Greenhouse Gases and MARPOL Annex VI.
