Responsibilities
The Americas Manager – Inspection is accountable for driving strategic growth, market development, senior client engagement, and overall operational performance for DNV Inspection in the United States.
Define and execute the USA growth strategy in line with MD direction and global Inspection priorities.
Develop operational readiness to support commercial ambition, focusing on safe and compliant execution of inspection services.
Hold overall accountability for inspection delivery performance in the USA, ensuring timely execution of inspection services.
Lead market positioning and client engagement for LNG-related inspection services in the USA and target growth across the non-oil and gas sectors.
Requirements
Senior leadership experience in inspection, TIC, energy, or industrial infrastructure.
Proven growth and delivery track record in the US market.
Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / LNG or major infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage both external growth and operational performance.
Strong commercial, client-facing, and negotiation capability.
Direct experience with LNG terminals or midstream/downstream assets.
Experience in non–oil & gas sectors such as power, renewables, data centers, or large-scale industrial infrastructure.
Experience operating in a matrix, globally governed organisation.
