About the role

  • CRM Executive turning marketing plans into engaging email communications. Collaborating with creative teams to ensure brand alignment and customer engagement across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns end-to-end, from initial brief through to deployment.
  • Translate marketing calendars, product launches and seasonal moments into engaging, on-brand emails.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets that reflect brand tone, visual identity, and audience needs.
  • Own the QA process to ensure flawless execution: builds, links, rendering, segmentation and content accuracy.
  • Manage content workflows, timelines, and feedback loops across creative, brand and merchandising teams.
  • Ensure all CRM communications deliver clear, compelling storytelling aligned with the brand voice and customer expectations.
  • Contribute new ideas for creative formats, testing opportunities, and innovation within the channel.
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM/email playbook to help guide best practice and support the creative team in producing channel-relevant content.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution (DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual content and digital creative best practice.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing campaign workflows. •
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a CRM or ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, etc. — experience with Bloomreach is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Strong writing, editing and content-review skills, with an eye for narrative clarity, layout quality and brand consistency.
