About the role

  • Pre-Sales Engineer at Graphwise supporting technology solutions, focusing on custom software integrations and AI-driven data solutions. Collaborate with sales and partners to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical engagement during the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, data challenges, and integration requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into solution architectures using Graphwise technologies such as knowledge graphs and semantic AI.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-value, and proof-of-concept design and planning
  • Collaborate with Direct Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Support technical onboarding and deployment planning for new customers and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Continuously learn and stay current on Graphwise technologies, AI trends, and the evolving data ecosystem.
  • Contribute feedback from the field to help improve product capabilities and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Understanding or interest in semantic web technologies, knowledge graphs, graph databases, text mining, ontology engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting technical sales processes, solution engineering, or at customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret technical and market data.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • An inquisitive mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a passion for innovation.
  • Technical skills, including experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and technical documentation tools.
