Responsibilities
Act as a cross-functional pivot, providing technical support to sales engineers and/or technical engineers for proposals and commercial negotiations.
Translate customer opportunities and requirements into proposals composed of multiple technologies and services.
Contribute to the development of the company's product and service offering.
Provide expertise for the development of new products or the improvement of existing products;
Drive promotion of value-added services to customers;
Formalize processes for responding to tenders and requests for proposals;
Initiate new ideas for presentations and demonstrations to customers;
Respond to tenders and commercial proposals
Analyze client needs and project challenges;
Carry out technical studies and additional investigations;
Translate the specification document into technical requirements for the technical team;
Design a relevant technological solution in coordination with the technical management;
Ensure the feasibility and profitability of the project for the company;
Prepare the technical proposal;
Requirements
Master's degree in computer engineering or equivalent (five-year engineering degree/Bac+5)
At least 3 years' experience in network and security engineering or as a pre-sales engineer at a systems integrator or IT services company (ESN)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Palo Alto, Cato Networks, and Cisco
Solid knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS) and private hosted architectures
Professional and technical proficiency in English required (international clients and partners)
CCNA and CCNP certifications are a strong plus, as is a valid driving license (occasional client visits).
