Responsibilities
Pre-Sales: Technical hard- and software support remote and in the field for the Area Manager Sales especially for key tender preparation and during key tender process
Reception and tracking of product enhancements for tenders
Support of key customers and partners in the region to answer technical product questions after consulting the Area Manager Sales
Deliver technical training for installing and maintenance Promethean hard- and software for end customer, partner, and co-worker.
After-Sales: Documentation of product enhancements and bugs in the internal portal Promethean Backstage and be internally the first point of contact for the Promethean Support and Escalations Team.
Maintenance and installation of Prometheans internal hard- und software products in the office in the Promethean offices and in the flight cases.
Support of the Area Manager Sales and partner, especially through escalated support requests local at the end customer.
Development of audio-visual training material for partners and end customer in the German speaking market.
General: Installation and training on IT Equipment for new hires based on Promethean standards
