Responsibilities
Designing sourcing strategies: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche roles in close collaboration with the Head of People and TA Business Partners, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant local platforms
Building healthy pipelines: Proactively build and nurture pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire
Partnering with stakeholders: Work closely with TA Business Partners to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly insights on market feasibility and talent availability, leveraging our ATS (Lever)
Engaging candidates: Create high-touch, personalised outreach campaigns (email and InMail) to engage passive talent, collaborating closely with Employer Branding and People Partners
Gathering market intelligence: Act as the “eyes and ears” of the market by monitoring competitor activity, layoffs, salary trends, and evolving candidate motivations, and sharing insights with the wider TA team
Supporting the TA team & projects: Actively support the broader Talent Acquisition team on ongoing initiatives and TA projects, contributing sourcing expertise, insights, and hands-on execution
Candidate experience: Ensure a consistent, respectful, and transparent candidate experience that reflects grape’s values and strengthens our employer reputation in the market.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing (agency or in-house), ideally within Insurance, Technology, and Product environments
Technical skills: Advanced experience using sourcing tools and ATS platforms, ideally Lever
Language proficiency: Fluent German is essential: experience sourcing in the DACH or Swiss market is a strong plus.
Consultative mindset: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring partners
Data-driven approach: A resilient, analytical mindset — you treat sourcing as a science and closely track and optimise your conversion metrics
