Responsibilities

  • Part of the Business Development & Sales team at a startup.
  • Collaborate with experienced founders.
  • Research contact persons and target customers.
  • Develop and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Independently generate initial contacts and coordinate meeting appointments.
  • Manage the sales funnel.
  • Persuade partners in direct conversations.
  • Support operations and business development topics.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong sense for customer needs and potential.
  • Hands-on mentality in the startup environment.
  • Independent, systematic working style.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with people.
  • Confident communication in German and English.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Degree in economics, business management, or a related field; very good proficiency in common Office applications.
