- Careful, complete documentation of all replacement assignments
- Participation in weekly team meetings
- Coordination with the responsible specialist advisors
- Planning and coordination of holiday/vacation coverage
Requirements
- Professional experience as a personnel dispatcher, in a call center, or in a similar role
- Respectful and appreciative attitude toward people with and without disabilities
- Highly resilient and able to maintain an overview in challenging work situations
- Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and conflict-management skills, and a positive, optimistic attitude in all situations
