Responsibilities
Receiving and processing acute sick notifications from our employees and our clients by phone and in writing
Fast and reliable coordination of staff replacement assignments
Ongoing development and maintenance of a weekly schedule for planned replacement assignments
Careful, complete documentation of all replacement assignments
Participation in weekly team meetings
Coordination with the responsible specialist advisors
Planning and coordination of holiday/vacation coverage
Requirements
Professional experience as a personnel dispatcher, in a call center, or in a similar role
Respectful and appreciative attitude toward people with and without disabilities
Highly resilient and able to maintain an overview in challenging work situations
Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented approach
Excellent communication and conflict-management skills, and a positive, optimistic attitude in all situations
