Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-sale proposal process
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and audience insights
  • Develop actionable insights to guide the team
  • Lead brainstorms and ideation sessions
  • Craft compelling narratives and storytelling
  • Own the development of V1 concepting decks
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, producers, and technical teams
  • Act as the lead presenter, delivering ideas with confidence and clarity
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and creativity

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a creative or experiential agency
  • Strong ability to analyze trends, audience behaviors, and brand landscapes
  • Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Strong public speaking abilities
  • Ability to develop insights that inform and shape creative directions
  • Fast worker with strong time management skills
  • Strong understanding of cultural trends, brand positioning, and experiential marketing.
