Responsibilities
Own Paid Social Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that drive acquisition and revenue growth across paid social. Understand key business drivers and translate them into actionable creative direction.
Lead Creative Production: Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept through final asset. Write high-converting scripts, headlines, and ad copy. Turn strong organic content into paid assets and own the creative testing roadmap, including hypotheses, cadence, and learning documentation.
Evaluate Performance: Analyze performance data to inform testing, iteration, and optimization, driving toward paid social CAC goals. Identify creative levers impacting CTR, CVR, and blended efficiency, and translate insights into clear next steps.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the paid social channel manager to drive account growth. Collaborate with the Influencer team on UGC and testimonial briefs, and align with Brand to ensure assets meet identity, tone, and design standards.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, ideally within DTC e-commerce
Proven track record developing creative strategies that drive measurable growth
Deep expertise in paid social platforms (particularly Meta), including how media buying mechanics influence creative performance
Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting high-converting paid social ads
Expert-level understanding of paid social channels
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership
