Responsibilities
Define and implement strategies for coupons, the mobile app, and self-service kiosks (totems);
Plan menu architecture across digital and physical channels;
Integrate actions with the CRM/Loyalty team’s automation journeys and campaigns;
Monitor KPIs for adoption, conversion, and profitability;
Monitor internal systems for channel management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar);
Experience managing digital channels, CRM, e-commerce, or related areas;
Familiarity with internal systems and digital platforms;
Preferred experience with menu architecture, UX, or digital engagement strategies;
Availability to start immediately;
Position runs through the end of March 2026.
