About the role

  • Analyst defining and implementing CRM strategies for the ZAMP ecosystem of restaurant brands including Burger King. Collaborating on digital engagement and analytics for customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies for coupons, the mobile app, and self-service kiosks (totems);
  • Plan menu architecture across digital and physical channels;
  • Integrate actions with the CRM/Loyalty team’s automation journeys and campaigns;
  • Monitor KPIs for adoption, conversion, and profitability;
  • Monitor internal systems for channel management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar);
  • Experience managing digital channels, CRM, e-commerce, or related areas;
  • Familiarity with internal systems and digital platforms;
  • Preferred experience with menu architecture, UX, or digital engagement strategies;
  • Availability to start immediately;
  • Position runs through the end of March 2026.
