The analyst will be responsible for connecting data, media, and performance — ensuring faster decisions, more efficient campaigns, and measurable results; they will be the point of convergence between strategy, technology, and growth.
What will your challenge be? 📌
Analyze and consolidate results from performance and awareness campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, etc.).
Create and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI / BigQuery) connecting spend, KPIs, and business results.
Operate integrations between Appsflyer, mParticle, and Google BigQuery (data lake), ensuring traceability and data quality.
Monitor daily performance and recommend media and budget optimizations.
Work closely with Media, Tech, and Agencies to ensure consistency and speed in interpreting results.
Perform ad-hoc analyses of sales, customer behavior, and investment efficiency.
Analyze and create investment and allocation scenarios using MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling).
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience with paid media and marketing BI;
Understanding of growth and performance campaigns;

Power BI (dashboards and report automation);
Analytical reasoning and a strong command of media metrics and ROI.
