Responsibilities
Own and deliver an organic social media strategy and channel content calendars aligned with business priorities, marketing plans, and growth goals.
Create high-quality, engaging social content and copy across multiple formats in collaboration with in-house design teams to support campaign objectives.
Nurture online communities through active engagement and sentiment monitoring, working closely with Customer Service to manage interactions and escalate issues.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and Product teams to ensure social activity for key campaigns and launches is delivered to a high standard.
Track performance data and platform trends to provide insights that continually improve content relevance, engagement, and community growth.
Ensure all social activity is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with brand values, ensuring all communications and marketing claims are accurate and substantiated
Requirements
Proven experience managing organic social media channels and community engagement for a brand
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging across platforms.
Ability to create or coordinate social content across formats (including short-form video and platform-native content)
Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time
Strong understanding of social performance reporting, analytics and optimisation.
A passionate and driven individual, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to producing work that exceeds expectations in both quality and impact
