About the role

  • Developing and managing social media content strategies for a company specializing in desserts and baking products. Engaging communities and creating multimedia content to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Editorial oversight and community management of all our social media content
  • Independent creation of multimedia content (graphics, audio, video)
  • You independently develop creative ideas and conceptualize high-quality video content with a focus on food photography and videography
  • Creation of varied content plans in line with brand guidelines for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok
  • You responsibly manage different communities
  • Research new trends and relevant topics
  • You ensure the quality of content and are responsible for its implementation

Requirements

  • Social media is your home
  • Strategic thinking runs in your blood (channel alignment, audience targeting, long-term success through well-thought-out concepts)
  • Completed vocational training or degree in media design, photography/videography, or a comparable field
  • Excellent skills in photography and videography and storytelling, with experience creating and editing food videos
  • You are highly flexible and have a strong drive for innovation (testing new formats, quickly implementing new ideas)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), and Keyword Planner
  • Teamwork is second nature to you
  • You have experience with AI tools and use them for image editing, video editing, or content optimization
