Social Media Intern responsible for monitoring and responding to client inquiries in community management. Engaging with users and creating reports for our FMCG client in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for monitoring and handling customer service inquiries via social media for our FMCG client.
You will write careful and creative responses to users’ concerns.
You will prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats as well as using our reporting tools.
You will independently take on small projects in social media management.
You will support our social media team with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student.
You are available for up to 20 hours per week.
You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You work independently and in a structured manner.
You communicate well, have a quick grasp of new topics, and take responsibility for your work.
You can write (short) texts that are linguistically appealing and error-free.
You are open-minded, tolerant, and enthusiastic about being part of the #OneTwoTeam.
You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
