About the role

  • Social Media Intern responsible for monitoring and responding to client inquiries in community management. Engaging with users and creating reports for our FMCG client in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and handling customer service inquiries via social media for our FMCG client.
  • You will write careful and creative responses to users’ concerns.
  • You will prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats as well as using our reporting tools.
  • You will independently take on small projects in social media management.
  • You will support our social media team with day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student.
  • You are available for up to 20 hours per week.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner.
  • You communicate well, have a quick grasp of new topics, and take responsibility for your work.
  • You can write (short) texts that are linguistically appealing and error-free.
  • You are open-minded, tolerant, and enthusiastic about being part of the #OneTwoTeam.
  • You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
