About the role

  • Source and place candidates into a range of Blue Collar roles across our 4 x WA based Assets and the Perth Office;
  • Deliver a professional and rigorous end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with our legal obligations, as well as ensuring candidates are competent and values aligned;
  • Proactively recruit through developing and maintaining a network and talent pool of quality candidates for future business needs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an internal or external recruitment role within Mining or Resources;
  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and busy environment;
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors would be highly regarded, but not essential.
