Event Planner executing and managing diverse corporate events for HighLevel. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution for all event logistics in Dallas.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute diverse events (conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate events, HighLevel sponsored events) both on-site and remotely.
Travel is required (20–30%), including occasional weekend availability for corporate events.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives and desired outcomes.
Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and task lists.
Manage event logistics: overseeing supply packing/shipping from Dallas office, coordinating catering, AV, and transportation.
Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors, venues, and service providers.
Delegate tasks and provide real-time problem-solving.
Assist with event setup and dismantling, which includes lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
Work with internal teams (marketing, communications, operations) for seamless execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze data, and compile reports for improvement.
Maintain flexibility to work in the Dallas office a few days a week, varying with the event schedule.
Bring a collaborative, proactive, and professional attitude, representing HighLevel at in-person events..
Requirements
Must be available to work and attend in-person or virtual meetings during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST) Work availability, hours, and days will change when attending events.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
At least 2-4 years of experience as an event planner, Marketing, event planning, customer relations or related field.
Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven ability to work independently when needed.
Demonstrated approach to problem-solving and conflict management.
