Responsibilities
- Strategic social media planning: Develop long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Project management: Independently plan, execute and monitor projects across content, community and paid media
- Interface management: Coordinate and align with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient campaign execution
- Client consulting & stakeholder communication: Provide strategic advice, manage expectations and develop tailored proposals together with the commercial team
- Performance analysis & optimization: Evaluate campaigns, identify optimization opportunities and derive data-driven recommendations for action
- Trend & innovation monitoring: Track relevant social media trends and continuously evolve channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads and multi-platform campaigns
- Strong project management skills: You bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity & strategic thinking: You spot trends early and turn them into innovative concepts
- Strong communication & diplomacy: You persuade stakeholders and teams alike and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Excellent German skills (at least C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality & initiative: You work independently, proactively and drive topics forward
- Bonus: Prior experience working in a social media agency
