About the role

  • Recruiter managing full recruiting processes for VDI GmbH. Utilizing Active Sourcing and coordinating recruiting events to find talents in the job market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to selecting the appropriate channels
  • Consult with managers as an equal partner
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn and social media for active sourcing
  • Organize and participate in recruiting events and university career fairs
  • Use data to optimize recruiting processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in human resources
  • Several years' experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Solid experience in active sourcing
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Willingness to travel to events and fairs
