P2P Manager overseeing purchase-to-pay processes and team at Glovo’s HQ. Leading operations across multiple countries in finance and procurement.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the P2P team, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth according to Glovo strategy and People tools.
Oversee end-to-end P2P operations, including PR/PO creation, invoice verification, approval and payment & reporting.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of processes across multiple countries.
Define, implement, and continuously improve P2P processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive automation initiatives and collaborate with IT/Finance transformation teams to optimize tools and workflows.
Monitor and report on key P2P KPIs (e.g., DPO or POT) and take corrective action where necessary.
Partner with stakeholders across Finance and Procurement among others, to support business goals and resolve escalations. It also collaborates with PMO Team in specific projects.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management policies.
Actively represent Purchase to Pay in the internal/external audits.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Economics, Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education.
Minimum 7 years in P2P, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.
Demonstrated experience leading large teams (10+). Including direct manager-level reports as a plus.
Proven track record in process definition, standardization, and automation projects.
Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Shared Service Center experience is a plus.
Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Change management mindset with ability to drive transformation initiatives.
Fluent in English (required); Spanish or another European language strongly preferred.
