About the role

  • Merchandise Experience Manager ensuring a comprehensive lifecycle for artist merchandise at Warner Music. Engaging community with product launches and collaborating across teams for marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop merchandise for our artists
  • Manage the entire merch lifecycle: from vision and design development through production to sales on tour and in the Shopify store
  • Excite the community with exclusive product launches and drops
  • Regularly run events such as pop-up stores and exclusive artist promotions
  • Independently conceptualize and implement online and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with local departments and the international Merchandise & eCommerce team.

Requirements

  • Completed degree—ideally in business administration, fashion design, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in live merchandise or e-commerce
  • Some exposure to Shopify
  • Reliability, flexibility and resilience are part of your DNA
  • A passion for music, the live business, fashion and social media.
