About the role

  • Design and produce multi-channel creative campaigns across in-app, CRM, social media, and offline touchpoints — from visuals to layouts to templates.
  • Collaborate with the Growth, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure all creatives align with business goals and brand tone.
  • Support with content creation and copywriting, adapting messages and headlines to each channel and audience.
  • Work on performance marketing campaigns, designing assets for paid social, display, and digital acquisition with a focus on clarity, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Co-create and iterate A/B test variants with CRM & Data Automation teams, analyzing results to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Contribute to in-app content and experience design, ensuring our rider-facing screens are visually cohesive and intuitive.
  • Design creative assets for offline rider engagement, such as print materials, local event visuals, and field activations.
  • Leverage AI and creative automation tools (e.g., Midjourney, or Gemini) to accelerate design and content production.
  • Champion Glovo’s rider brand identity, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across every campaign and communication.

Requirements

  • A compelling online portfolio showcasing graphic design, marketing, advertising, and user-centered design solutions is REQUIRED.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or creative marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design tools).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or landing page template adaptation.
  • Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns — especially in-app, digital/web & social media.
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that convert, when needed.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset: you love collaborating, testing, and finding new ways to tell stories.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally (e.g: ops teams, CRM specialists, data & automation, and performance teams).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
