Responsibilities
Partner with Content API and AI product teams to identify proper API and Endpoint/tool design.
Learn and develop skills to help build out API specs to OpenAPI and FactSet Standards.
Partner with PMs & Engineering to build and maintain a comprehensive testing and evaluation framework to make sure we meet accuracy requirements.
Review existing API catalogue to identify opportunities where we can make our catalogue more AI-Ready.
Help manage our unstructured and vectorized data products.
Contribute to the development of our MCP Server and building out supporting functionality.
Join and contribute to agile rituals for our API agile teams.
Attend regular update calls to stay informed and make sure we’re staying on track with our prioritization and roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of related industry experience
Previous experience and knowledge of APIs and/or Python, Postman, etc.
Deep understanding of our client’s workflows and solution requirements
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain cross-departmental collaborative relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to run effective meetings internally and with clients
Knowledge of off-platform products/business and/or content
Strong ability to self-motivate
Experience in Product Development best practices, including Agile development, SDLC, User Stories and Acceptance criteria, and product release best practices
Strong track record of meeting desired deadlines and product milestones.
