Responsibilities
Develop programme plan incorporating milestones and dependencies from cross functional project teams
Develop and rollout governance framework for the program
Develop and rollout financial management (budget) framework and resource allocation
Develop framework for the management of risks and issues
Complete thorough stakeholder analysis and communication plan
Deliver to timelines, quality level, budget, while addressing issues and risks.
Use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising benefits.
Create, socialise and sign off business cases with executive stakeholders.
Accountable to manage significant cost and benefits targets.
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, success criteria results, metrics, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from college or university
8+ years of project management experience.
8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
MBA preferred but not required.
Consulting experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions or driving the decision making process and identifying priorities.
PMP or similar preferred
Experience in the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferable
