About the role
- Project Manager at TIM responsible for project management methodologies and ensuring alignment with objectives. Leading collaborations across departments in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining guidelines and methodology for project management with a focus on schedule and cost, as well as mapping and reporting the impacts and results of programs and projects under their responsibility.
- Apply project management methodology;
- Provide methodological and tool support to project members regarding project management topics;
- Work with the involved areas to ensure information alignment and focus on objectives;
- Assess market practices to capture and share project management best practices;
- Provide project monitoring indicators to stakeholders;
- Manage project scope, costs, and schedule (timeline);
- Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and subsequent operation;
- Map assumptions, enablers, and impacts between Programs and Projects, seeking integrity and acting transversally with all technical areas, suppliers, business units, and external parties;
- Lead and conduct executive meetings;
- Prepare reports, governance documents, executive presentations, results presentations, information flows, monitoring scenario presentations, and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Professional experience as a Project Manager;
- Knowledge of lean/agile development methodologies;
- Experience with architecture diagramming tools (Microsoft Visio or similar);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of telecommunications network architectures and OSS systems;
- Knowledge of integration standards (SOA, REST and SOAP APIs, microservices) and telecom middleware.
