Client Onboarding Project Manager overseeing high-quality onboarding of clients into Securities Services. Engaging stakeholders and managing project timelines with effective communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall project management in the Securities Services space
Responsible for ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and interaction throughout the client onboarding efforts
Determine overall project timeline, governance structure, and most efficient plan to onboard clients
Develop and maintain solid project communication plan
Collaborate with our operations partners to coordinate client onboarding due diligence
Partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities
Successfully manage, communicate and resolve issues, challenges and concerns raised during the onboarding effort
Serve as the escalation point of contact for project related deliverables
Ensure regular, accurate and transparent project status reporting
Requirements
Experienced project and process management skill in complex, global environment
Previous experience in Custody or Fund Accounting and Administration
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
Proactive and able to work and learn independently
Flexible to work in accordance to demands a specific client onboarding requires
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree
