- Break projects into executable tasks
- Monitor and manage schedule and costs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Architecture and Urbanism
- Active CAU registration (Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management or a similar role
- Experience managing projects from concept through to issuance of construction-ready executive documents
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM Collaborate Pro
