About the role

  • Outside Sales Representative responsible for closing deals on Global Payments Point of Sale solutions. Involves prospecting, presentations, and upselling in various U.S. markets.

Responsibilities

  • responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone
  • close deals within a fast sales cycle
  • explain our value proposition and demonstrate our cloud based Point of Sale solution
  • upsell current clients on other Global Payments products and services
  • maintain regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager
  • work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid drivers license is necessary
  • live in area relative to job posting location
  • ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
  • high school diploma/GED
  • at least two years of relevant experience
