About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and operational vacancies. Collaborating with managers and ensuring efficient selection and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of Recruitment & Selection processes, with a focus on tech roles, operational positions, internships, and candidates with disabilities (PwD).
  • Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers.
  • Active talent attraction and sourcing.
  • Screening, competency-based interviews and tests, and preparing evaluation reports.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and vacancy tracking.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensuring proper data management in the ATS and internal tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, IT or related fields.
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection.
  • Knowledge of ATS (iCIMS is a plus).
  • Based in São Paulo (SP) or the surrounding region.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools; LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
  • Advanced English for spoken and written communication.
