About the role

  • Marketing professional managing digital communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Vivo. Creating campaigns and segmenting audiences while ensuring delivery quality and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and monitor journeys in Journey Builder.
  • Perform audience segmentation using SQL and automation tools.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables by running tests and validations before publishing.
  • Generate reports and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of communication journey management tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic queries.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for adjustments to email templates.
  • Basic Excel skills for data handling.
