About the role

  • Junior Digital Media Analyst optimizing digital campaigns and reporting for NIO's communication team. Contributing to strategies that enhance media performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital media strategies for campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage media budgets and ensure achievement of established goals.
  • Create and update reports with actionable insights for media teams and management.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily across media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Bing Ads, Retargeting, and Affiliate networks.

Requirements

  • Experience in preparing reports.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and digital media platforms.
