About the role

  • IT Support Analyst managing hardware and software setups and troubleshooting. Collaborating with teams and supporting customer service in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Higher education in progress or completed (Information Technology or related fields)
  • Hardware and software installation and configuration
  • Office 365 installation and configuration
  • OneDrive configuration
  • Operating systems: Windows (including Windows 10) and macOS
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Installation of commercial software
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Mobile devices (Apple/iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
  • Familiarity with remote access tools for technical support
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Advanced knowledge of macOS

Requirements

  • Education: Higher education completed (courses related to IT)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service concepts
  • Basic knowledge of IT support areas
  • Must demonstrate initiative, good communication, curiosity, flexibility and agility
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical procedures and knowledge base
