About the role

  • Head of Marketing at Glartek, leading global marketing strategy and a team of specialists in hybrid work setup. Focused on EHS solutions and revenue generation for industrial challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Define positioning and global Go-to-Market strategy for direct and partner channels;
  • Translate complex features into simple, value-driven stories that resonate with EHS leaders;
  • Oversee offline and digital content and calendar that prioritizes lead generating and moves prospects through the funnel;
  • Own the pipeline. Lead SEO, SEM, and social strategies to drive high-quality leads;
  • Empower our sales team with tools and processes needed to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals;
  • Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for partners (distributors/consultants) to ensure they can market Glartek as effectively as our internal team;
  • Build "battlecards" for the sales team that highlight Glartek’s unique advantages against specific competitors;
  • Lead the strategy for own events and trade shows, webinars, and customer events, ensuring clear lead-capture and sales follow-up;
  • Position Glartek as a EHS "Category Leader" with industry media and analysts like Verdantix;
  • Act as the guardian of the Glartek brand and corporate identity, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across internal and external materials;
  • Establish an internal communication framework so every employee - from Engineering to Sales - understands our mission and can act as a brand ambassador;
  • Mentor and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Industrial Tech marketing;
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing Marketing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments;
  • Understanding of the EHS market landscape and customer pain points;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Highly motivated, resilient, adaptable, creative, and, amongst all, results-driven person;
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor;
  • Strong listening, presentation and sales skills;
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented person;
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills;
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent is a plus;
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English. Fluent in another European language is a plus;
  • Available to travel: 5 to 10% of the time.
