• Transfer Pricing and Tax Support Analyst at Givaudan in Budapest. Managing compliance and reporting activities to support international business with a focus on transfer pricing management.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex transfer pricing and reporting activities to support the International business and ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations.
• Ensure that transfer prices are maintained to comply with International Tax rules on a daily basis.
• Perform yearly and interim Transfer Pricing Mass update based on corporate guidelines and carry out margin analysis on a monthly basis to follow up deviations from targets.
• Handle incoming queries from stakeholders.
• Understand and review the monthly Activity reports (Segmented P&L) prepared by the Controlling and Reporting teams to follow financial results of entities.
• Analyse income statements and monitor the effect of transactions with affiliates on the total profitability of an entity and identify the segmentation of results that is necessary for transfer pricing policies.
• Provide adhoc reports to Group Tax and Local Finance.
• Support transfer price adjustment calculations based on statutory results.
• Take care of the transfer pricing process of entities to be integrated into SAP. Prepare background tables, set up transfer prices for the testing and the go-live.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance
• Fluent English level
• 2+ years in Finance area (International Tax, Transfer Pricing experience is preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• SAP experience preferred
