About the role

  • Sales Service Coordinator at Givaudan supporting sales and managing customer projects in Guangzhou. Responsible for daily correspondence, project handling, and customer sample arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Giving support to sales, following projects successfully and timely.
  • Manage the daily business correspondence in coordination with the account managers.
  • Handle business correspondence in the absence of the account manager.
  • Handle customer projects successfully and timely.
  • Applying for regulatory documents.
  • Arrange samples for customers.
  • Others tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Junior college degree or above, cet4 is prefer.
  • Practical experience in independently developing new markets and expanding new business channels
  • Good at paper work and Microsoft Office.
  • Good sense of customer service, relevant work experience is prefer.
  • Initiative, careful, good communication and pressure resistance.
