About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients for digital solutions in gastronomy and hospitality. Providing intensive training and support while contributing to customer digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our existing customers 🤝 – You will take over high-quality leads and established accounts directly, without having to start with cold calling → quick wins guaranteed
  • Acquiring new customers & locations – You actively expand your portfolio
  • Documentation & proposal management 📊 – With our modern cloud ERP solution (Odoo) you manage your sales opportunities professionally – always supported by our office team
  • Building and maintaining networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network around the gastronomy sector and help develop it further
  • Team collaboration 👥 – Close contact with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, security and plenty of learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding 🚀 – Through experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits and our e-learning platform you’ll quickly be ready to run your own projects
  • Shaping digitalization 💡 – You support your customers in their digital transformation and present smart solutions and options
  • Variety guaranteed 🔄 – Online or on-site: you present our products where they have the greatest impact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or sales-related vocational training – or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally around 2 years of professional experience in sales
  • Communicative & persuasive – you can inspire people
  • Determined, motivated & friendly – with a positive presence and a drive for success
  • Open-minded & eager to learn – you tackle tasks proactively
  • Confident written and verbal communication ✍️
  • Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Teams
  • Secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent qualification
