Requirements

  • German speaker with professional fluency in English.
  • Experience gained in Field Marketing Agency delivering tactical work.
  • Proven track record in growing retail sales and achieving excellent customer service.
  • Experience of recruiting and managing teams.
  • A strategic thinker, able to convert ideas into action.
  • Service and consumer oriented.
  • Organised and able to manage workload.
  • Resourceful, and problem-solving approach with collaborative mindset.
  • A natural forward-planner, able to critically assess both their own performance, and that of the wider retail operation.
  • A credible professional able to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft products.
